• Agent Account: For individual licensed real estate brokers with a RERA Broker Card.
• User Account: For individuals browsing or interacting with verified businesses.

Choosing the correct account type ensures smooth verification:

• Business: Choose if representing a registered company.
• Agent: Choose if you are a licensed individual broker.
• User: Choose if you are an individual browsing listings.

Selecting the wrong type may cause account rejection.

Businesses must submit valid UAE Trade License documentation:

• High-resolution scan of the full trade license page.
• Document must not be cropped, edited, or blurry.
• License must be valid and not expired.
• Business name must match the trade license exactly.

To comply with UAE commercial regulations, your business name must exactly match your official Trade License.

Acceptable: ABC Real Estate LLC

Mismatching names will result in verification failure.

Common reasons for rejection include:

• Name mismatch with trade license.
• Expired license or blurry upload.
• Wrong account type selected.
• Fraudulent documentation.

Automatic: Within minutes if documents are clear.

Manual Review: 24–48 hours for legacy documents or complex checks.

The platform enforces a strict 15-day policy:

• Listings will be unpublished.
• Accounts hidden from public view.
• Lead generation and messaging stops.
• Potential permanent rejection if inactive.

All agents must submit a valid **RERA Broker Card**.

• Clear, full-page scan or photo.
• Non-expired RERA Card.
• Identity must match official government database.

The UAE mandates that all real estate agents operate under supervision of DLD (Dubai Land Department) and RERA. This protects users and ensures professional standards.

Profiles not verified within 15 days will be unpublished and hidden from public search until valid documents are provided.

Rejection usually occurs due to expired RERA cards, name mismatch, or blurry uploads. Re-upload a clear card for reactivation.

Verification protects platform integrity and prevents fraudulent interactions between users and businesses.

Valid Emirates ID or Passport. Must be clear, readable, and not expired.

Unverified user accounts may face messaging restrictions and limited browsing capability after the initial 15-day grace period.

Accounts are unpublished if verification is incomplete, policy grace period is exceeded, or due to fraudulent activity.

Log into your dashboard, upload correct/valid documents, and ensure your name matches official records exactly. Contact support for confirmation.

All listings are removed, SEO ranking is lost, and the account cannot be restored. New registration will be required.

Common reasons include: Account not verified, 15-day limit exceeded, or listing under manual review.

Complete your profile 100%, upload a logo, add detailed descriptions, and upgrade to a premium listing for higher search priority.

Check spam folders, wait 5 minutes, and verify the email address entered during registration is correct.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset link via email.

Clear browser cache, try a different browser, or ensure your internet connection is stable.
