  • Fake Listings: Creating profiles for non-existent businesses or services.
  • Fraudulent Data: Using another entity's license, photos, or data without authorization.
  • Inaccurate Information: Deliberately providing wrong addresses, phone numbers, or categories.
  • Illegal Activities: Promoting services that violate UAE Federal or Local Laws.

CONSEQUENCES: If we find any listing that violates these terms, we will PERMANENTLY TERMINATE the business account, ban the associated IP address, and blacklist the user forever from our platform without prior warning or refund. Any illegal activities will be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.

We use automated systems and manual verification to ensure every listing on our platform represents a legitimate business operating within the UAE legal framework.

Agent Profiles & Policies

We are dedicated to maintaining a trustworthy marketplace for real estate and professional services. All independent agents and consultants listed on Dubai Listings must adhere to strict verification standards.

Mandatory Verification & Compliance
  • RERA Registration: All real estate agents must possess a valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) card and license number. We verify these credentials against official government databases.
  • Identity Verification: Agents must undergo identity verification to ensure the profile belongs to the actual individual.
  • UAE Law Compliance: All agent activities and listings must strictly comply with UAE Federal Laws and RERA regulations.

Fake Agent Profiles

The creation of fake, duplicate, or misleading agent profiles is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to create a profile for a non-existent agent, use a false identity, or claim RERA credentials that do not belong to you will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from the platform.
  • Reporting of the fraudulent activity to RERA and relevant UAE authorities.
  • Blacklisting of the associated business or agency.

Data Security
