Your use of this Platform confirms your total agreement to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Eligibility & Data Security

Our services are reserved for legitimate entities and individuals of legal age. You are responsible for:

The confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
Ensuring all data uploaded via your profile is accurate and lawfully obtained.
Reporting any suspected breach of your account security immediately to our support team.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE: FRAUD & MISLEADING CONTENT

The trust of our users is the bedrock of our platform. We strictly prohibit any form of digital deception. Under UAE Cybercrime Law, misleading the public is a punishable offense.

Immediate Bans For:

Creation of dummy listings or fake business locations.
Uploading fraudulent Trade Licenses or Certificates.
Impersonating another business, agent, or person.
Artificially manipulating reviews or popularity scores.

Legal Consequences

Violations result in INSTANT & PERMANENT LOSS of all account privileges. No refunds will be issued for premium services. We cooperate fully with Dubai Police and the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to software (AI-driven search engines), design, icons, and curated data, is our property or that of our licensors.

Your Content

You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and promote the business data and media you upload.

Our Platform

Unauthorized scraping, cloning, or reverse-engineering of our directory structure or AI logic is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

5. Business Owner Obligations

Listed businesses must maintain the highest standard of professionalism:

License Validity: You must possess a currently valid UAE Trade License for the category you listed under.
Lead Handling: You agree to respond to user inquiries professionally and without harassment.
Prohibited Items: You shall not list services that violate UAE social ethics or religious values.

6. Real Estate Agent Mandate

Real estate professionals are governed by RERA (Dubai Land Department) regulations.

Mandatory: Every agent profile must display a valid RERA Broker ID. We reserve the right to cross-reference these IDs with the DLD database. Failure to provide a valid ID results in immediate profile suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Dubai Listings shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The accuracy of content provided by third-party businesses or agents.
Any financial losses resulting from transactions between users and listed businesses.
Platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dubai Listings, its officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

9. Permanent Account Loss

Accounts terminated for breach of terms (especially for "Zero Tolerance" violations) will be deleted permanently.

LIFETIME BLACKLISTING

We use advanced machine learning and device ID tracking to prevent re-registration by banned parties. Any attempt to circumvent a ban is itself a violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any legal action or proceeding related to this Platform shall be brought exclusively in the Dubai Courts.

11. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
